With your permission we will carry out any light refurbishment works necessary to give the properties a facelift, to meet the high standards we endeavour to offer. Properties are then fully furnished to provide a tasteful, modern and inviting interior. Ideally, we look to take out contract leases of anywhere between 3-5 years, potentially longer, dependent on your needs as well as our own.
The landlord’s properties are filled with our tenants and fully managed by our in-house team. Deposits and credit card details are registered prior to any guests staying in the property and no stag and hen parties or large groups are permitted.
Through our maintenance team, we will take care of all minor maintenance issues that may arise as well as general wear and tear to ensure that properties are kept in the very best condition at all times. We also cover boiler breakdowns and leaks within the property.
Any major maintenance requirements such as leaks from neighbouring properties, structural defects etc. will remain the responsibility of the landlord although we are more than happy to assist in the prompt remediation of these issues.
Property Refurbishment
When we are taking on a property that requires refurbishment, we would normally spend a few thousand pounds decorating and furnishing the property, as well as upgrades and other improvements at our own cost. We take our responsibilities and legal requirements very seriously, and will ensure that all the correct insurance is in place prior to permitting any guests to stay in any properties.
